Handbuilt To-Go “Sippy” Mugs

Service Description
Date & Time: March 18, 6:00–7:30pm Price: $75 per person (each participant must be registered separately) Looking for a fun, creative night out? This one-night handbuilding workshop is the perfect introduction to working with clay — and you’ll walk away having created something both cute and functional: your very own travel/to-go mug! No experience necessary. This relaxed, communal-style workshop will walk you through the fundamentals of handbuilding, including pinching, coiling, and slab construction, while you create your mug from start to finish alongside others of all skill levels. What’s included: - All tools, clay, and materials - Step-by-step demo and guided instruction - One finished, food-safe, glazed and fired travel mug (ready in approximately 6 weeks) Want to make more than one piece? Additional items can be finished, fired, and glazed for just $10 each to cover kiln space and labor. Once complete, your mug will be microwave safe, dishwasher safe, and drink safe — ready to become your new everyday favorite.
Cancellation Policy
Pinch Pottery Studio Booking Policies Pinch is owned and operated by one person, alongside a small team of part-time freelance instructors. Because of this, we run solely on appointment-based scheduling. Your mindfulness and consideration of our time and resources is truly appreciated. When you book with us, you’re not just supporting a small business — you’re reserving a dedicated spot in our limited booking calendar. That time is held specifically for you, which means it cannot be booked by anyone else. One-time lessons, classes, & drop-in studio time: Rescheduling - Lessons, classes, and drop-in time may be rescheduled one (1) time free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. - Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellations - Lessons, classes, and drop-in time canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made after 7 days but before 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Party Modifications - No refunds will be issued for party members unable to attend. - If notified before your party arrives and before the session begins, a voucher may be issued in the amount of $78, for the absent participant to use toward a future communal session. - If we are not notified in advance, the absence will be considered a no-call, no-show and no voucher will be provided. Seasonal and specialty workshops: Rescheduling - Seasonal and specialty workshops are ineligible for rescheduling. Cancellations - Seasonal and specialty workshop bookings canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made after 7 days but before 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Party Modifications - No refunds or vouchers will be issued for party members unable to attend.
