We offer a flat $20 shipping fee for all packages shipped within the United States.
 
If you’d like to have your pieces shipped outside of the U.S., please reach out to us via email, instead of purchasing though here. International shipping rates vary based on destination, package weight, and dimensions, a custom quote will need to be arranged in order to charge you accordingly.
 
The $20 service charge is per address, NOT per piece of pottery. This fee covers the cost of all packing materials, the time and care involved in wrapping your pottery, and the postage required to safely deliver your pieces.
 
Please allow us 7–10 business days to gather packaging materials, carefully wrap and pack your items, and deliver them to the post office during our shared business hours.
 
Shipping to multiple addresses?
Please complete separate transactions for each destination — do not increase the item quantity within a single checkout.
 
Shipping to a name different from the booking holder?
Please include a note during payment specifying the name of the person who originally booked your session, so we can ensure your pieces are matched correctly.
