2026 Valentine's Pottery Date for 2!

Channel your inner Patrick Swayze during this Ghost-inspired, pottery-packed date session! No experience necessary! Our Valentine’s sessions always sell out, so for 2026 we’re offering 12 total sessions to choose from: February 13, 14, & 15 11:30am, 2:00pm, 4:30pm, and 7:00pm Early registration is advised! Festive snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided! Please note: This is a mixed-group communal session, which means you’ll be learning alongside a handful of other couples with varying experience levels. Each couple will share one workstation (wheel, tools, and materials). ___________ About the Experience: This booking is for two people and is designed to be a fun, relaxed, and unique Valentine’s date experience. This fun informal pottery lesson, is the perfect way to celebrate the holiday, get your hands messy, try the wheel, and be creative with your partner—at a discounted rate! During this session, you and your partner will share one wheel and work station, and receive several 1-lb balls of clay to create with. Partner throwing is genuinely so much fun—it allows you to tandem throw and create pieces together, Ghost-style. Or, if you so choose, take turns throwing independently! On average, couples make 2–4 pieces together during the session, though we always encourage focusing on quality over quantity and simply enjoying the process. Should you wish to keep what you make, one (1) finished piece per participant (two total per couple) is included in the class price. Additional pieces may be finished for $10 per piece, which covers the cost of extra materials, labor, and kiln space. There is no requirement to keep extra pieces—the goal is to leave with at least one piece you truly love. Your chosen piece(s) will be cleaned up, glazed, and fired by our team in the glaze color of your choice, and will be ready for pickup in approximately 6 weeks. Once complete, your finished pottery will be food-safe, drink-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, and even oven-safe. ___________ Session Breakdown: - 15–20 minutes: Ceramic process overview + demo - 45–50 minutes: Guided wheel time (we’ll be there every step of the way!) - 10 minutes: Clean-up - 10–20 minutes: Stamping + glaze color selection
